問(wèn)：俄羅斯總統(tǒng)普京今天與朝鮮領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人金正恩在符拉迪沃斯托克舉行了會(huì)談。有消息稱，雙方主要討論了朝鮮半島問(wèn)題。中方對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？據(jù)了解，普京總統(tǒng)還將來(lái)華參加第二屆“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作高峰論壇并與習(xí)近平主席會(huì)見(jiàn)。請(qǐng)問(wèn)習(xí)近平主席是否將在會(huì)見(jiàn)中與俄方談及此次俄朝首腦會(huì)談？

Q: Russian President Vladimir Putin and the DPRK leader Kim Jong-un concluded their face-to-face meeting in Vladivostok today. As far as we know, they mainly discussed ways to resolve the situation on the Korean Peninsula. I wonder if China has any comment about this meeting? Also, President Putin is coming to China for the second “Belt and Road” Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) and a meeting with President Xi Jinping. Is President Xi going to discuss the Russia-DPRK summit in Vladivostok with him?

 

答：俄羅斯和朝鮮都是中國(guó)的友好鄰邦。我們樂(lè)見(jiàn)俄朝加強(qiáng)高層交往，深化雙邊合作，相信這有助于增進(jìn)雙邊關(guān)系的發(fā)展，也有助于地區(qū)的和平穩(wěn)定。我們一直關(guān)注著俄朝領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)晤的進(jìn)展，根據(jù)目前得到的消息，會(huì)晤取得比較積極的成果。我們相信會(huì)晤將為解決半島問(wèn)題提供新的助力。

A: Russia and the DPRK are both China’s friendly neighbors. We are pleased to see stronger high-level exchange and deeper bilateral cooperation between them, which we believe is conducive to the further development of their bilateral relationship and regional peace and stability. We have been following the Russia-DPRK summit. According to the information I have, it has yielded some positive outcomes. We believe this summit will inject new impetus into resolving the Peninsula issue.

 

我還想說(shuō)的是，作為半島近鄰和聯(lián)合國(guó)安理會(huì)常任理事國(guó)，中俄兩國(guó)一直就半島問(wèn)題保持著密切溝通協(xié)調(diào)。雙方為維護(hù)半島和平穩(wěn)定攜手作了大量工作，共同探討制定政治解決半島問(wèn)題的路線圖。當(dāng)前，半島形勢(shì)呈現(xiàn)對(duì)話緩和的積極勢(shì)頭。我們?cè)概c包括俄羅斯在內(nèi)的有關(guān)各方一道，按照一攬子、分階段、同步走的思路，繼續(xù)推動(dòng)半島無(wú)核化進(jìn)程和政治解決進(jìn)程不斷向前邁進(jìn)并取得積極成果。

I also want to add that as close neighbors of the Korean Peninsula and permanent members of the UN Security Council, China and Russia have all along maintained close communication and coordination on the Peninsula issue. We have made a lot of joint efforts for peace and stability on the Peninsula and explored the formulation of a road map for the political settlement of the issue. The situation on the Peninsula is now showing a positive momentum for dialogue and deescalation. China stands ready to work with all parties concerned, including Russia, to take phased and synchronized steps as part of a package plan, and continue to advance denuclearization and political settlement for more positive outcomes.
