李克強(qiáng)2014年政府工作報(bào)告全文(中英)

　　十二屆全國(guó)人大二次會(huì)議3月5日上午9時(shí)在人民大會(huì)堂開(kāi)幕，聽(tīng)取國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)作政府工作報(bào)告，這也是本屆政府的首份工作報(bào)告。以下為工作報(bào)告部分要點(diǎn)的英文表達(dá)方式。

　　2014年主要目標(biāo)

　　MAJOR TARGETS FOR 2014

　　國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值增長(zhǎng)約7.5%

　　Gross domestic product (GDP) grows about 7.5 percent.

　　消費(fèi)者價(jià)格指數(shù)增長(zhǎng)將控制在3.5%左右

　　Consumer Price Index (CPI) increase will be kept around 3.5 percent.

　　增加1千萬(wàn)以上城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)崗位

　　Add 10 million more urban jobs.

　　將城鎮(zhèn)登記失業(yè)率控制在4.6%以內(nèi)

　　Keep the registered urban unemployment rate at a maximum 4.6 percent.

　　政府將在發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的同時(shí)努力提高人民收入

　　The government will work to increase personal incomes in step with economic development.

　　2014年財(cái)政和貨幣政策

　　FISCAL AND MONETARY POLICIES FOR 2014

　　我國(guó)將繼續(xù)采取積極的財(cái)政政策和穩(wěn)健的貨幣政策。

　　China will continue to implement a proactive fiscal policy and a prudent monetary policy.

　　今年全國(guó)預(yù)算赤字目標(biāo)位1.35萬(wàn)億元，比上年增加1500億元，占國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值的2.1%。

　　The government budget deficit for this year is projected to be 1.35 trillion yuan ($218 billion dollars), an increase of 150 billion yuan over last year, and accounts for 2.1 percent of GDP.

　　廣義貨幣供應(yīng)量預(yù)計(jì)增長(zhǎng)約13%。

　　The broad monetary supply (M2) is forecast to grow by around 13 percent.
