第六屆世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì)10月20日在浙江烏鎮(zhèn)開幕。國家主席習(xí)近平致賀信。習(xí)近平指出，各國應(yīng)順應(yīng)時(shí)代潮流，勇?lián)l(fā)展責(zé)任，共迎風(fēng)險(xiǎn)挑戰(zhàn)，共同推進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間全球治理，努力推動(dòng)構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間命運(yùn)共同體。

President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the 6th World Internet Conference, which opened Sunday in the town of Wuzhen in east China's Zhejiang province. Countries should follow the trend of the times, shoulder the responsibility for development, meet the challenges and risks, jointly promote global governance in cyberspace and strive to build a community of shared future in cyberspace, Xi said.

世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì)(World Internet Conference，簡(jiǎn)稱：WIC)，是由中華人民共和國倡導(dǎo)并每年在浙江省嘉興市桐鄉(xiāng)烏鎮(zhèn)舉辦的世界性互聯(lián)網(wǎng)盛會(huì)，旨在搭建中國與世界互聯(lián)互通的國際平臺(tái)和國際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)共享共治的中國平臺(tái)，讓各國在爭(zhēng)議中求共識(shí)、在共識(shí)中謀合作、在合作中創(chuàng)共贏。首屆世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì)于2014年11月19日至21日在烏鎮(zhèn)舉辦。2019年10月20日至22日，第六屆世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì)在浙江省桐鄉(xiāng)市烏鎮(zhèn)舉行。大會(huì)主題為“智能互聯(lián) 開放合作——攜手共建網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間命運(yùn)共同體”。本次大會(huì)將聚集“科學(xué)與技術(shù)”、“產(chǎn)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)”、“人文與社會(huì)”、“合作與治理”四大重點(diǎn)板塊，共設(shè)20個(gè)分論壇，秉持開放、平等、互信、共贏的理念，邀請(qǐng)全球互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)軍人物及重量級(jí)嘉賓共同探討與回應(yīng)當(dāng)前國際社會(huì)對(duì)5G、人工智能、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等新技術(shù)、新業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展的深度關(guān)切。

互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展給世界各國主權(quán)、安全、發(fā)展利益帶來許多新的挑戰(zhàn)。全球互聯(lián)網(wǎng)治理體系變革進(jìn)入關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間命運(yùn)共同體日益成為國際社會(huì)的廣泛共識(shí)。

The development of the internet has posed many new challenges for the sovereignty, security, and development interests of the world's countries. Building a community of shared future in cyberspace has increasingly become the widespread common understanding of international society.

Cyberspace is the common space of activities for mankind. The future of cyberspace should be in the hands of all countries. Countries should start up communications, broaden consensus and deepen cooperation, to jointly build a community of shared future in cyberspace.
