I want to thank the Trustees, Administrators andFaculty of MUM
我要感謝瑪赫西管理大學(xué)校董會(huì) 管理者和教職員工
for creating an institution worthy of Maharishi's ideals of education
創(chuàng)造出了一所體現(xiàn)瑪赫西教育理念的大學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)
as well as enabling the students, through
讓學(xué)生能夠
Transcendental Meditation and ancient Vedic knowledge
通過超越冥想和古老的吠陀知識(shí)
to slack off twice a day for an hour and a half
每天偷懶兩次 總共一個(gè)半小時(shí)

You are the vanguard of knowledge and consciousness
你們是知識(shí)和覺悟的先鋒
a new wave in a vast ocean of possibilities
充滿各種可能性的海洋的新浪潮
On the other side of that door
在門的另外一側(cè)
there is a world starving for new ideas, new leadership
有一整個(gè)世界都在等待新思想 新領(lǐng)導(dǎo)
I've been out there for 30 years
我在外闖蕩了30年
She's a wild cat
她是一只野貓
She'll rub up against your leg and purr until you pick her up and start petting her
她會(huì)邊蹭到你的腿邊喵喵叫 直到你把她抱起撫摸
and out of nowhere she'll swat you in the face
然而冷不丁地 她又會(huì)在你臉上猛抽一爪
You can spend your whole life imagining ghosts
你可以把一生都花在想象幽靈
worrying about your pathway to the future
擔(dān)心通往未來的道路
but all there will ever be is what's happening here
但真正重要的 是此時(shí)此地發(fā)生的事情
and the decisions we make in this moment
是我們此刻作出的決定
which are based in either love or fear
這只基于熱愛或是恐懼
So many of us choose our path out of fear
很多人在選擇道路時(shí)都選擇了恐懼
disguised as practicality
還用現(xiàn)實(shí)性加以掩飾
What we really want seems impossibly out of reach and ridiculous to expect
我們想要的東西看起來總是遙不可及
so whenever dare to ask the universe for it. I'm saying
于是我們沒有勇氣向宇宙去爭(zhēng)取它
I'm the proof that you can ask the universe for it, please
我想說 我就是證明 你們完全可以向宇宙去爭(zhēng)取它
